So, this coming Friday we'll first have Good Friday... Saturday will be Easter Saturday, the last day of Lent
and than we'll start the Easter Celebration...

Today I finally received my contact(lenses) in the mail. And I feel SO Human again, after wearing glasses for almost 3 (?) months!!!
Especially with the sun out and everything... I can finally wear my sunglasses again!!!
It's funny how the simple things can make me happy sometimes.
Now all we need is some actual sunshine...
And according to weeronline.nl we have to go and seek that elsewhere.
This really is a downer on my happy-feelings... For real.

So... Today I got a bit bored, and since the weather was nice I decided to go for a stroll and ended up at the cinema.
There were a few trailers of movies that I would LOVE to see.

This video and campaign (by Invisible Children) is to make Joseph Kony famous. Not to celebrate him, but to raise support for his arrest.
On April 20, Invisible Children is organizing an event (Cover The Night) where posters with Kony's name will be put up all over the world,
Did drop-offs on Tuesday and Thursday. Then did a pick-up on Sunday night.
(Needless to say that I am sleep deprived right now...)
So I will try to rest a little bit before heading to the airport AGAIN this afternoon to do one last pick-up for this week.

Lent is a 40-day period (Sundays are excluded) of time starting on Ash Wednesday till Easter Sunday,
I am not Catholic, but I always think it is nice to give up certain things in this 40-day period.
What I am giving up for Lent this year are things like:

Who? Joseph Kony...
I just came across this video about Joseph Kony. He is an Ugandan guerilla group leader and head of the LRA (Lord's Resistance Army).
Kony is responsible for thousands of children being kidnapped from their families and turning them into sex slaves and child soldiers.If the world knows who Joseph Kony is, it will unite to stop him!
So please Watch, Share and Make a Difference...

Okay, so I just got home from one of the many trips I have taken to the airport since LAST Tuesday.
Yes... One of the many! And unfortunately not the last for today...
Then again a drop-off this early tuesday morning.

Lent
and during this period of time we are tend to give up somethings we like and only live by our minimum necessities.
Essentially it is a form of fasting, giving and praying.
That can be a certain kind of food, like meat or a form of secular entertainment, like dancing...
Merely I like to give up the things that don't really matter in life.
Without these 'distractions' it must be easier to focus on the really important matters in our lives.
We only live once.
- Facebook, MSN, Whatsapp, Dancing, Junk Food, etc
However I will minimize the use of it.
Plus I will continue working on my websites.
